This restaurant is one of the best German eatery's in NJ, PA,and DE. Include NY also. My wife and I have been going to Sebastian's since it opened. My club, The Germania Maennerchor has had its dinners there for years and will continue too have them for as long as the Schnitzelhaus is open.

Good luck to Krystyna.

Whenever the family has a celebration and would like to go to dinner, this the first place that is mentioned. The Rahm Sauce is absolutely superb, and my personal favorite is the Eisbein (porkknuckle). My daughter orders the Spaetzle with the sauce by itself. (I am kind of surprised by an earlier diner's comments, it had to be an impostor.) (My grandmother had fried Spaetzle to warm it up.) It takes 50 minutes to drive there but would never think of going somewhere else! P.S. Be sure to take a good German wine or beer with you it will complete the package!

To make the family's comments complete I have to put in my 2 "pfennigs" worth, having been born and raised in Germany and traveled all over the country courtesy of the US Army, I KNOW German food, my kids followed in my footsteps and I am sure my grandson will carry on the tradition, congratulations to Krystyna and her cooks and the excellent waitstaff for the superb food and service, thank you for being there for us, Kurt.

Amazing food & the comfort comes for free. My Father is from Germany & I'm no stranger to the cuisine. This is THE BEST German restaurant that I've ever been to and the service is top notch.

I recently went to visit a friend with whom I had lost touch with for a while. She told me not to eat because she was going to take to for lunch. Well let me tell you...I can't wait to go back!!! Sebastian's is AMAZING...and I not just talking about the food! The atmosphere in this place is so quaint and charming. There is so much too look at from the planes, to the plates, the Hummels, family pictures, paintings, dolls, I could go on and on. Now let me tell you about the food. I started with the potato soup; so much flavor and worth every spoonful...being a picky eater, I asked for just a piece of grilled chicken on a plate and I got a large plate with two pieces of toast, with 2 large pieces of grilled chicken and french fries....way too much food for one person to eat. Planning on returning within the next two weeks with my son who loves German food. Thanks Krystyna!!! I will be back!!

I am not sure why everyone seems to like their food. I tasted the Stuffed Cabbage Roll (Ground Beef and Pork with German Spices, Onions and Garlic) and it was disgusting. Maybe it is good for people that don't have a comparison. I was born and raised in Germany and had a Grandma who cook very well. My Grandma cooks better than they do. FYI Spaetzle are not fried noodles they are actually boiled. I am so glad I didn't pay for the food since it was catered to an event on base. And some of their creations are just plain weird like the Jaeger Schnitzel with carrots and celery. I love to eat Jaeger Schnitzel but have never had it cooked like that.

If this is the best German Restaurant in the area then I am afraid to try any other ones. I am probably better off cooking myself. I at least know that Spaetzle are not fried.

This restaurant is located right outside the gate of Fort Dix and McGuire Air Force base. I was stationed in Germany several years ago, and it is wonderful to find a restaurant here in NJ that equals great authentic German food. Service was wonderful and the owner extremely friendly. We are currently living in NY and we will travel over 100 miles to get the Sebastian's. It is worth the trip! Bill and Sharon S.

One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. I have traveled the European area of the World, and find Sebastian's to be beyond all expectations. I have never been disappointed with personnel, or the management. Always friendly, and servicing to the nines.

From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you will be taken into a new world. Once inside you are surrounded by Hummels, dolls, steins and so many other decorations that make you feel like you have just stepped into an authentic German shop. The food is amazing but don't take my word for it, take the word of my Father-in-law who was born and raise in Germany. We dine here at least 2 times a month and love their Sunday Brunch Buffet as much as the regular menu!

Best restaurant this side of the Atlantic. The staff is top-notch, even to the "New" Maitre De! The food is authentic and fantastic. I have loved every meal (Once a month for 5 years). The ambiance and decorations bring you to the Old Country once you walk in. I will regret leaving the area knowing I'm leaving them behind.

I always have a great meal at Sebastian's Schnitzelhaus. I recommend starting out with a huge bowl of the Gulaschsuppe and the Small Mixed Salad. The soup and salad are amazing - nothing like it anywhere else! My favorite main course is the Bratwurst and Sauerkraut. I always end my meal with the Apple Strudel with vanilla sauce. Everything is delicious!

I have eaten at Sebastian's many, many times. I have had Leberkase, Sauerbraten, Pork Schnitzel, Chicken Schnitzel, the Wurst Platter, Roast Pork, Stuffed Roast Pork with wine cream sauce, Gulaschzuppe, Potato Soup, and many side dishes. I have enjoyed every meal. I organized several Oktoberfest parties for my church, and have used Sebastian's as my food supplier and my guests have enjoyed the food as well. Krystyna and her staff works to make your experience at Sebastian's tasty and memorable. I highly recommend it!
