Awesome food,great service, entertainment is fun, the history is unique, what's not to like? Best potato salad this side of Munchen! Get the Jaegerschnitzel, it's the best....

I have been going to the Dakota Inn Rathskeller for years. The food is outstanding. Just like mom used to make. We take all out of town visitors there for the experience and atmosphere. Sing along night is the best. The bands and Oktoberfest is great!

Holy Cow !! As times are rougher for those in business , the quality and atmosphere was top notch. The appetizers , the beer, the music and the main course were all presented with a true German Flavor and Flair. The smiles on our faces and the faces of the other diners were smiles of satisfaction....Pure Satisfaction. An evening well spent! As a German child, I spent many memorable evenings at the German Cultural Center in Detroit, so I was familiar with the food and what I was to expect in not only decor but also personalities! We were visiting for only a week, and I would have really been mad to waste a perfectly fine evening at a restaurant that was not happy to have us there.
