I am a German who knows food. This is the best German Food that I have tasted being here in the states. The atmosphere is great and friendly. The portions are big. I can't believe the prices for the amount of food you receive. The Stammtisch schnitzel is to die for. I am a regular customer there for about 15 years now. |

Great food ~ great beer! My wife and I had the feeling of instantly being transported from a typical California beach town to a traditional German restaurant in the Bavarian Alps. The atmosphere was most authentic! |

This is the place to go for the BEST of EVERYTHING. Been going for years. Erwin & Claudia are the Best. Just go an try for yourself. The restaurant speaks for it self. Love It! |

We drive several times a year to attend several events and on normal operating nights for dinner. The owners, Irwin and Claudia are amazing! Claudia is a fabulous cook and Irwin is the best host/waiter/comedian!!! Go Stammtisch! |

I have been to Friesenhaus (New Braunfels, TX, #12 on your list) and Bavarian Grill (Plano, TX, #1 on your list) and would rate Stammtisch Restaurant above both of them. |
