This restaurant has a very nice authentic feel, its very welcoming and the owner is an amazing person, who just wants to make sure that everyone gets a delicious home cooked German meal that they pay for. |

Ms. Wendy is a hoot. This is "The Little German Restaurant That Could". Great meals, just like at Oma's kitchen table. Ms. Wendy and her team make the experience worth a long drive to the middle of nowhere. |

My Son and Daughter in Law took us to Gasthaus Zur Elli,they could not have taken us to a more wonderful restaurant. This experience brought back so many memories of living in Germany and the food was so authentic. It doesn't get any better than this. Thank you Wendy for the wonderful evening and you and your staff will always be number one on our list. |

The food was very tasteful and the plates were filled. Our server was such a help and made our dinner most pleasurable. Lovely atmosphere, small space and you need to make a reservation! |

I visited Gasthaus zur Elli by word of mouth and had one of the best experiences ever. The food was EXCELLENT!! The atmosphere was so relaxing and I left feeling as though I had made lifetime friends with everyone there. I will definitely make it a point to return to Prosperity, SC just for another chance to dine again at Gasthaus zur Elli. |

Gasthaus Zur Elli is the only restaurant in South Carolina that serves Authentic German Food. Wendy Steiner serves excellent mouth watering food every week and does it all with lots of Love. Customers comes to relax and enjoy Wendy's fine food as well the the fine dinning experience. I,know because I, work for Wendy Steiner and she is a wonderful person and Chef. |
